Two Vacancies: Founding Triangle Partners

I'm looking for two people to form the first Triangle triangle. Not employees. Partners. Co-architects.

This isn't a job. It's a commitment to building something that could change how organizations make decisions.

Who We're Looking For

Partner 1: The Operator

Equity-based when funded (pre-revenue now)

What you'll do:

  • Help design and implement the first pilot programs
  • Work directly with early adopter organizations
  • Refine the Triangle system based on real-world feedback
  • Co-lead the journey documentation (content, case studies, testimonials)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years in organizational leadership, consulting, or operations
  • You've seen bad structures break good teams — and you're done watching it happen
  • You think differently (neurodivergent thinkers strongly encouraged to apply)
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero
  • You believe structure matters more than charisma

Bonus if:

  • You've worked with AI tools in organizational contexts
  • You have experience with decision-making frameworks (Sociocracy, Holacracy, etc.)
  • You're comfortable on camera or writing publicly

Partner 2: The Technologist

Equity-based when funded (pre-revenue now)

What you'll do:

  • Build the AI facilitator system (records inputs, tracks participation, aggregates outputs)
  • Design the decision tracking and reputation system
  • Ensure transparency and data integrity across all triangles
  • Keep AI in its proper role (facilitator, not decider)

Who you are:

  • 5+ years in software development, AI/ML, or systems architecture
  • You've seen AI misused in decision-making — and you want to fix it
  • You think differently (neurodivergent thinkers strongly encouraged to apply)
  • You're comfortable building MVPs and iterating quickly
  • You believe humans should decide, AI should facilitate

Bonus if:

  • You've worked with LLMs or AI facilitation tools
  • You understand organizational dynamics and decision-making
  • You're comfortable with open-source development and public documentation
